Humza Chowdhry has over 15 years of structural engineering experience. His extensive list of structural engineering projects include: skate parks, medical centers, hospitals, schools, student housing, laboratories, and high end residential projects. He has a Bachelor in Science degree in Architectural Engineering with a Minor in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He obtained his masters in Civil Engineering with a minor in Geotechnical Engineering from San Jose State University. Humza is a registered professional Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer in the State of California, as well as a licensed General Contractor and real estate agent in the State of California. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and the Structural Engineers of Northern California. He currently is an adjunct professor for the Civil Engineering Department at Santa Clara University. He is a father of three daughters.

Finally, you review the prints and send us your comments as markups on drawings (if any). We modify the drawings as per your markups and send them back. In the construction stage, we can respond to the RFI’s and review shop drawings as well.
