David Ardelean graduated from the University of California Riverside with A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently certified as an E.I.T. David has gained over 3+ years Structural and Civil Engineering experience. He joined HCSE, Inc. in 2021 and is working towards his P.E. license in Civil Engineering for the state of California.
